Nick Dougherty - Tommy Hilfiger

In late 2005, Tommy Hilfiger announced its sponsorship of Nick in a three-year deal that also includes global eyewear rights and off-course apparel. Nick will wear Tommy Hilfiger's European Golf Collection in competition on the European, USPGA and Asian tours, and will also provide ongoing input and feedback regarding its functionality. Nick is a major addition to the Tommy Hilfiger European golf portfolio.

During 2006, he will feature in Tommy's European golf print campaign, which was shot in the Florida Keys by leading fashion photographer Dewey Nicks. This befits a player who was voted the 2002 European Tour Rookie of the Year, and carded six top-six finishes in 2005 - including his maiden European Tour victory in the Singapore Masters.

Nick Dougherty, from Liverpool in the UK said, "I have come a long way since turning professional and my aim is to get to the very top of the game. I am delighted to be teaming up with Tommy Hilfiger, as these days golf is all about the small details and it's important to me that I look good and project confidence. I want to be able to express my individuality through what I wear and the Tommy Hilfiger product meets my demanding requirements in terms of style, fit and performance…. Technical fabrications have been developed in seasonal colour ways to produce a line that offers fashion and functionality, so we are confident that this will be a mutually successful partnership.
